The Karen Owen List Of Duke Athletes She Slept With Goes Viral


If you are a Duke University athlete who had maybe fooled around with a few girls, you better hope that Karen Owen is not one of them. In a joke of a senior thesis, the Karen Owen List was born. The name of the thesis, which Karen sent to a few of her friends was, “An education beyond the classroom: excelling in the realm of horizontal academics” In it she described all the Duke University athletes that she had slept with in detail. Detail, as in conversations she had with them, length, girth, etc.

Obviously, the document infuriated some of the guys. The paper was posted online, and started to spread like wildfire before they took it down. Karen has since taken down all of her social network profiles, as she is becoming one of the most hated women in America, at least for this week. The thesis was in the form of a power point presentation, listing the athletes, along with descriptions, and a rating from 1 to 10. It included 13 different Duke University athletes on the tennis, baseball, and lacrosse teams.

Karen Owen, stated the following when she heard about the list going viral, “I regret it with all my heart. I would never intentionally hurt the people that are mentioned on that.”
