UPDATE: Jay Glazer of Fox Sports has reported that although Childress said he is waiving Moss, he has not been waived and Moss has still not been informed.
Jason La Canfora of NFL.com tweeted that several general managers believe that Moss will end up back with the New England Patriots.
ORIGINAL POST: The NFL Network is reporting that the Minnesota Vikings have cut wide receiver Randy Moss, four games after trading a third-round pick for him.
After New England's 28-18 victory over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, wide receiver Randy Moss praised his former team and then criticized his own head coach Brad Childress.
Moss, who was traded from New England to Minnesota after Week 4, questioned Childress' decision to go for it on fourth-and-goal from the 1-yard-line at the end of the first half.
"I wish we could have had that three at the end of the half," Moss reportedly said. "Maybe could have been different, maybe not."
