Howard K. Stern was forced to drop his bid to block the release of the results of DNA tests that will reveal who the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby is. Stern's lawyer withdrew the motion after learning that a Bahamas court would reject his appeal. Three judges in the case advised that Stern had filed his challenge too late - waiting a week after submitting his own DNA sample before filing the appeal. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hold a paternity hearing tomorrow, and we should all find out who Dannielynn's baby daddy is sometime this week.source
