Britney applies for license, tans after custody decision

After temporarily losing custody of her children, Britney Spears sought to address at least one other problem in her life: she applied for a California driver's license. Spears handed off her sons to a bodyguard for ex Kevin Federline, then drove with a friend to a Department of Motor Vehicles office in Van Nuys. There, the popstar filled out paperwork and took a written test. DMV regulations do not require a road test. Us mag is reporting that Spears also took some time this afternoon to work on her tan. She was reportedly unemotional during Monday afternoon's exchange of the kids, despite a judge's ruling two hours earlier that Kevin Federline will have full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James as of Wednesday afternoon.
