Britney files emergency motion in custody case

Lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are due in court this morning after the popstar filed an emergency motion seeking expanded visitation rights with her sons. Currently, she has monitored visits roughly every other day, but cannot have the boys overnight. Spears is not required to attend the hearing, but is expected to show. Federline's attorney told press this morning that he will absolutely oppose Spears's move. "She is 25 years old. The order is a week old," KFed's lawyer said.
