A judge issued a restraining order for Stacey Dash and on the same day she filed for divorce. Stacey had two children from her previous two relationships. Earlier this year, speculation about the marriage of Stacey Dash and Emmanuel Xuereb was fueled when Dash, at the 2010 Oscars, showed up with Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx.
