Jake and Jessica to co-star?

Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Biel in talks to star in the risque political satire "Nailed." Biel would play Sammy Joyce, a socially awkward small-town receptionist who has a nail accidentally shot into her head by a clumsy workman, eliciting wild sexual urges. The uninsured Joyce goes on a crusade to Washington to fight for the rights of the bizarrely injured, where she meets an immoral congressman (Gyllenhaal) who takes advantage of her sex drive and capitalizes on her crusade. The flick is being co-written by Al Gore's daughter, Kristin Gore, and David O. Russell.

Jessica Biel to play Wonder Woman

Jessica Biel is in talks to play Wonder Woman in big screen superhero adventure Justice League of America. Biel is the first star to be connected the project, which is expected to also feature Superman, Batman, the Flash and Aquaman. Biel is currently filming the drama Powder Blue, finishes up in October.

Lachey bluntly replied, "No, since the settlement."
• Jessica Biel supped at Chinoisery Philippe in NYC on Tuesday night, where she was overheard telling two girlfriends about her new film with Nicholas Cage.
• Ryan Gosling walked the red carpet at the premiere of Fracture with him mom, sparking more questions about the status of his relationship with Rachel McAdams. When asked, Gosling said he had "no idea" if he and his Notebook co-star were still an item.
